    Between 15:00 - 17:00 the Virtual Terminal experienced an elevated error rate affecting transaction attempts. Impacted users may have encountered the error message: “The card number supplied is invalid.”

    The technical team identified an issue within the transaction validation component that caused valid card numbers to be incorrectly flagged as invalid. A fix has been implemented and all Virtual Terminal systems are now operating normally.
