    As part of our continuous improvement program, we will be completing maintenance on our SFTP servers on the 1st of July. As we operate multiple SFTP servers, we do not anticipate any loss or disruption in service for the duration of this maintenance window.

    The updates being made will improve the security of our SFTP offering, this will include the ability to introduce IP whitelisting for SFTP connections to Encoded - we will be reaching out to customers directly in the coming weeks to discuss whitelisting your connecting IP addresses to Encoded.
