We can confirm that power and service availability has been fully restored.

We're still awaiting a full update from our data centre provider.
We have received notification that data centre engineers are experiencing issues with their equipment that handles upstream routing of traffic and they are continuing to work on restoring services as soon as possible.
Updates to this page will be provided by 12:30pm, or sooner if we have updates.

We have received updates that data centre engineers are currently investigating this incident and are working to restore service availability as soon as possible.
Encoded engineers have also been dispatched to the data centre.

We are currently seeing a system-wide outage due to power loss within our colo 2 data centre. This is due to the ongoing maintenance window and we are in contact with our data centre provider awaiting a resolution.

Our data centre provider has notified us that they will be carrying out planned maintenance on the power infrastructure at our Colo 2 data centre. This maintenance window involves temporarily removing power from one of the power units within the facility to complete upgrades.
Our environment is supplied by two independent power feeds and during the maintenance window, one power feed will be unavailable.
No customer impact is anticipated as we have power redundancy within the data centre, however we will be operating in a reduced-resilience state during the maintenance window.
The Encoded operations team will be monitoring all systems throughout this maintenance window.
