Encoded engineers will be performing firmware updates to network perimeter firewalls at 10pm on the 14th of May.
During this maintenance window, a reboot of Encoded's firewalls will need to be completed to finalise the updates which may cause intermittent connectivity issues across all of Encoded's services for approximately 2 minutes.
An update to the status page will be released once the maintenance has been completed.
