We have postponed our visit on the 25th of June to our data centre to the 3rd of July. 3rd of July - Preparation for upgrades: To prepare for the changes being made, Encoded engineers will be at our data centre on the 3rd of July. During this time, no changes are being made and there will be no downtime.

On the 27th of July from 23:00 to 03:00 on the 28th of July, Encoded engineers will be on-site at our Colo 2 data centre to conduct hardware upgrades to Encoded’s primary firewall at this data centre. Due to the nature of this upgrade, all Encoded services will be temporarily suspended in a controlled manner resulting in some downtime during the period of this maintenance window. 25th of June - Preparation for upgrades: To prepare for the changes being made, Encoded engineers will be at our data centre on the 25th of June. During this time, no changes are being made and there will be no downtime. 27th of July - Date of maintenance: Due to the nature of the changes being made, all of Encoded's services will be unavailable from 23:00 until completion at approximately 03:00. Our status page will be updated when the maintenance has been completed. During the maintenance window, between 23:00 and 03:00 - some customers may notice that scheduled tasks, such as transaction reports, import processes and other tasks scheduled on services will not be run during this period. Encoded engineers will manually run these tasks after the maintenance window has been completed to ensure there are no missed tasks or reports which customers would usually expect to be completed during this time. Customers who have scheduled file transfers to Encoded during this time will not be able to connect to the Encoded SFTP area. A manual file upload may be required after the maintenance has been completed, please let the Encoded Service Desk team know if you need any import processes to be rerun.
