INC-115 - Third Party Incident - Truevo Payment Gateway

    Truevo have confirmed that this incident has been resolved as of 11:58am.

    Since 11:58am, we have seen no further errors from the Truevo gateway. We will continue to monitor services until we have received confirmation from Truevo that this has been resolved.

    From approximately 11:40, Encoded have noticed that approximately 50% of transactions processed via the Truevo gateway are returning with an error response. Affected customers will receive standard messaging that the transaction has failed, as set out in your specific Service Design document. This issue is only affecting transactions processed via the Truevo gateway. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

    Estimated Duration: 10 Minutes Encoded engineers will be performing firmware updates to network perimeter firewalls at 10pm on the 14th of May. During this maintenance window, a reboot of Encoded's firewalls will need to be completed to finalise the updates which may cause intermittent connectivity issues across all of Encoded's services for approximately 2 minutes.     On Tuesday the 30th of April, between 21:00 - 22:00 we will be making changes to our DTMF configuration. During this maintenance window, customers may experience DTMF issues during calls. Encoded engineers will be monitoring services during this time to ensure services remain running smoothly.

    Encoded Reference: INC-112 From approximately 13:25, transactions processed via the Cardstream payment gateway are returning with an error response. A ticket has been raised with Cardstream to investigate and restore gateway services. Affected customers will receive standard messaging that the transaction has failed, as set out in your specific service design documents. This issue is only affecting transactions processed via the Cardstream gateway. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
